Refunds and Returns

We do not refund or return for change of mind. We will refund or replace any items that are damaged upon arrival, and require photographic proof of any damage. To start a refund/replacement, you can contact us at hello@hookedonyouaustralia.com with photographic proof of the issue

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Polymer Clay earrings are fragile and the wearer's use and storage can make a big difference to how durable the earrings are. Therefore we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs after a week of receipt. 

Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
